This comfy unisex hoodie has a soft outside with a vibrant print and an even softer brushed fleece inside. The hoodie has a relaxed fit, and it’s perfect for wrapping yourself into on a chilly evening.

Sizing & Fit

True-to-size to slightly athletic: Some tall or lean customers find that the sizing works well and appreciate that the sleeves have good length without feeling short.

Stretch/Fit caveat: Like many sublimation-printed synthetic items, stretching the fabric tightly over wider areas can occasionally reveal the white base underneath if pulled too taut, so sizing up is recommended if you prefer a looser or oversized look.

Photoshop process

1. Created a 14400 × 14400 px document at 300 DPI (48" × 48"). Brought in the bolt template as a Smart Object or shape layer and filled it solid.

2. Duplicated and scaled it into a graded range of sizes. In the full pattern they ran from about 3,200 px tall down to about 500 px, roughly 135 bolts in all. Tilted each copy by -5° to +5°.

3. Placed the largest bolts first, with only a thin gap between them. Interlocked each bolt's spikes into its neighbors' notches so they nested. Filled the leftover gaps with progressively smaller bolts.

4. Colored the bolts as I went. Used 3 bolt colors on a ground color, at about 41% / 33% / 27% across the three, and kept any bolt from touching a same-color neighbor.

5. Ran Filter > Other > Offset by half the width and height (7200 px each), with wrap-around turned on. Filled any holes it exposed with more bolts, then offset back. The tile then repeated seamlessly.
